Service "as is"
Liftoff is provided as-is. We make no uptime guarantees and no guarantee about the quality of AI output. Beta means there will be bugs, downtime, and breaking changes.
AI can be wrong — you must verify
AI can fabricate facts, misstate details, or omit important context. Before submitting any CV or cover letter to an employer, you MUST review and correct it yourself. Liftoff is not responsible for inaccurate content you submit.
Acceptable use
- Only upload CVs and JDs that you own or have permission to use.
- Do not use Liftoff to spam, scrape, or auto-blast applications in bulk.
- Do not abuse the service to bypass free-tier limits.
Content ownership
You retain all rights to your CV and JD content. We process it on our servers only to provide the service; we do not publish it, sell it, or use it to train external models.
Pricing
The beta is free. When official pricing launches (micro-payments at 9–29k VND per action), we will notify you by email beforehand.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time (email us). We may suspend an account if it violates the Acceptable Use section above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
