Frequently asked questions

Is my CV data private?

Yes. Your CV is encrypted in the database and only you can access it via your account. Liftoff does NOT sell data to third parties and does NOT use your CV to train AI.

What is ATS?

ATS = Applicant Tracking System — the software many companies use to filter CVs before a human reads them. ATS-friendly means your CV is parsed correctly: fonts, formatting, and section order don't trip up the parser. Liftoff's 15-rule ATS check catches the most common issues.

Does the AI write good Vietnamese?

Yes. We use Google's Gemini 2.5 — strong at Vietnamese. If your CV is in English, AI keeps it in English so international recruiters can read it. Mixed-language inputs stay mixed.

How is this different from TopCV / Canva?

TopCV is a template + manual form. Liftoff uses AI to rewrite bullets, tailor against a JD, and write the cover letter — you don't need to know what makes a good CV, AI does the hard part. Export to Canva later if you want to polish the design.

Does AI match my CV against job listings?
